PSX emulates the Sony Playstation 1, pretty much everything is emulated (to my knowledge) and most games run perfectly. It runs under Windows. Take the keys.bin file and place it in the output folder with your games EBOOT file created at the end of part 1. PART 3: Plug in your PSP and go to USB mode. Now take the folder with your game's EBOOT and the keys.bin file and place it in X: PSP GAME (where X is your PSP's letter, for me it is E) 4th and Final part.

NoNpDrm and ref00d can be easily installed without a PC using the Autoplugin homebrew app, a collection of essential plugins that can be downloaded directly to your PS Vita.
  1. On your PS Vita, launch VitaShell and press [Select] to enter FTP mode
  2. Enter the address displayed on the PS Vita in your PC file browser e.g. ftp://xxx.xxx.x.x:1337
  3. On your PC file browser, copy nonpdrm.skprx to the ur0:/tai/ folder on your PS Vita
  4. Copy ref00d.skprx and keys.bin to the ur0:/tai/ folder on your PS Vita
  5. Press [Circle] on your PS Vita to close the FTP connection when the transfer is complete
  6. In VitaShell, go to theur0: -> /tai/ folder
  7. Select the config.txt file and press [Cross] to edit the file
  8. Highlight *KERNEL and press [Triangle] -> [Insert empty line]
  9. Select the empty line with the D-Pad and press [Cross]
  10. Enter ur0:tai/nonpdrm.skprx and press [Line Break]
  11. Enter ur0:tai/ref00d.skprx on the line below
  12. Press [Circle] to exit the editor and press [Cross] Save your changes
